When Deron Little and his son Drake Little were approached with the idea of opening a new restaurant in the historic property of The Orangery, they were excited about what the possibilities would be. The Orangery, with its rich history of catering to Knoxville’s elite, being the only 4 star, 4 diamond recipient ever in the area, set the scene for what is about to take place.

Our vision is to create a restaurant that celebrates Knoxville’s unique local products that are available. Through classic culinary preparation and current artistic plating techniques, the guest will enjoy the cuisine with their taste buds, their eyes and their heart. The bar area will be an active social spot, enjoying cutting edge CRAFT COCKTAILS and local brews.

The banquet facility located above the restaurant is named “The Phoenix Room” and will maintain it’s rich, elegant décor, once again offering Knoxville’s elite the very best in special events and gatherings.

Projected grand opening is in November. Deron, Drake and family look forward to giving Knoxville a very special restaurant experience that locals can be proud of.
